First, you can be confident that Cannondale Court is committed to compliance with Fair Housing laws, including those that prohibit discrimination based on race, color, sex, religion, disability, familial status, national origin, and all other classes protected by applicable federal, state, and/or local law. It’s simply the right thing to do.
Each person 18 years of age or older who will be occupying the house must pay a non-refundable application fee of $75.00. A non-refundable reservation fee of $250 is required at the time of application submission per home. After the application and reservation fees have been paid, the home will be taken off the market for review and/or approval.
All occupants, including minors, must be added at the time of application. Please understand that proof of income is also required as part of the application process.

Before you proceed with your application, we encourage you to take a moment to familiarize yourself with our qualification criteria and any applicable fees and gather all the necessary information to ensure a quick and easy application process. We partner with Findigs, a third-party screening provider, which will verify household income and review the resident's score to determine eligibility to rent with us Rest assured, our leasing team is here to assist you throughout the process and answer any questions. A rental application must be completed for each person 18 years of age or older (Alabama applicants must be 19 years of age or older) who will be living in the house. Any false information provided by an applicant in a rental application will constitute grounds for the rejection and nullification of that rental application and will result in the forfeiture of any deposit and/or reservation fee. All rental applications are evaluated strictly in accordance with the information found on this page and with Maymont Homes' standard rental criteria.
