Rental Community Qualification Requirements

Learn more about what is required to qualify for a home in Cannondale Court

First, you can be confident that Cannondale Court is committed to compliance with Fair Housing laws, including those that prohibit discrimination based on race, color, sex, religion, disability, familial status, national origin, and all other classes protected by applicable federal, state, and/or local law. It’s simply the right thing to do.

Each person 18 years of age or older who will be occupying the house must pay a non-refundable application fee of $75.00. A non-refundable reservation fee of $250 is required at the time of application submission per home. After the application and reservation fees have been paid, the home will be taken off the market for review and/or approval.
All occupants, including minors, must be added at the time of application. Please understand that proof of income is also required as part of the application process.
Preventing rental fraud and protecting your personal information is critical, so we verify your identity through a simple and secure process.
All applicants must present valid government-issued photo identification and submit a color electronic copy or photo of their identification with their application.
